Terms and Conditions
At Ballpark Printing, we make every effort to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please read through our terms and conditions before ordering. If you should ever have any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service either by phone or email.

Payments and Fraud Detection
- Ballpark Printing accepts cash, check, and credit card payments.
- We accept payments in person, online, and over the phone.
- All orders totaling $1000 or more are required to be paid via check made out to Ballpark Printing.
- All orders paid via check will not start production until check has cleared all banking. This will make lead times longer.
FRAUD DETECTION
- Ballpark Printing makes every effort to fight fraud. All orders totaling $500 or more paid via credit card will be ran through our fraud detection software. You will need to provide a photo of the credit card you are paying with, a photo of your state identification matching the name on the credit card, and provide us with the billing address of said credit card. If you do not provide these things, Ballpark Printing will assume your credit card has been compromised and will not process the order.
- In the event fraud has been detected, Ballpark Printing will happily work with banks, credit card processing companies, and law enforcement to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Trademarks and Copy Right
The customer releases Ballpark Printing from any legal issues regarding copyrights and trademarks on images the customer gives us to design. It is the customers responsibility to insure that you have the rights to any such images.
Right of Refusal
Ballpark Printing has the right to refuse any type of job or project as we see fit. We absolutely refuse jobs that produce imagery or wording that contain hate material or derogatory statements .
Proofs and Art Approval
Before any production begins or printing is produced, you the customer will have to approve the artwork. Before sending approval, please insure that you read all text for accuracy and spelling. Ballpark Printing takes no responsibility for artwork with misspelled wording after the artwork has been approved.
It is imperative to use our proofing system for all proofs to insure accuracy and proofing time. Any proofs that are rejected or approved through standard email may have a delayed lead time. Ballpark Printing is not responsible for any miscommunication when using email outside of our proofing system.

- Approving Proofs:
- If you are happy with the proof provided, please approve your artwork proof using the system we have provided.
- Once you approve the artwork, your prints will then go into production.
- Rejecting Proofs:
- When rejecting a proof, please use the system we have provided.
- If you are not happy with a proof, please post your comments for changes through the system we have provided.
- If you reject a proof and request changes, another proof will be provided after the changes have been made.
Proof Lead Time:
Artwork proofs normally take 2 business days. Although Ballpark Printing makes every effort to provide our customers a proof within two working days, it could take up to seven working days to receive your proof.
To receive your proofs faster, you can request to get your proofs same day or next day. There is an upcharge to get your proofs faster.
- Same Day Proofs: Double the design charge.
- Next Day Proofs: 75% of the design charge.
Deposits
Before Ballpark Printing does any work, payment is requested in full, or a non-refundable deposit is required in some circumstances. Please read below for deposit and payment up front charges.
Payment Up Front:
- DTG Printing (Direct to Garment Printing).
- Screen Printing
- Embroidery
- Paper Printing Projects such as business cards, fliers, brochures; etc.
- Signs (New Customers)
50% Deposits are Required:
- All design. Includes logo design, print design, and website design.
- Signs
- Existing Customers (unless specified otherwise).
Logo Design Information
- When commissioning Ballpark Printing to create your logo and/or print design, you are releasing Ballpark Printing from any copyright or trademark infringements.
- Deposits are required before any logo design or print design work is to be done.
- All images are owned by Ballpark Printing until payment is made in full for design work completed.
- Once customer is happy with design and all payments are made in full, Ballpark Printing will release design files to customer.
- All logos and print design are kept on file with Ballpark Printing.
- There is a design charge for any logo or print design that was completed, but changes are needed after the customer has approved initial design.
- Ballpark Printing retains the ownership of all design concepts before the final design is approved.
- Ballpark Printing retains rights to use customer logo and print design for portfolio purposes as we see fit.
- Upon termination of logo and print design contract before design is approved, Ballpark Printing retains ownership of all design concepts, and can sell design concepts (excluding business name), to another party.
Opening An Account with Ballpark Printing

Requirements to open an account:
- Must have valid credit card on file. If your account is approved and no payment has been made within the term limits, your credit card will be automatically billed for past due invoices.
- You must have a valid website, social media accounts, and a valid physical address along with billing address.
- You will be required to provide three billing references.
